In addition to the engineering abilities of our principal staff in the areas of thermal and structural analysis, Bartlett-Carver and Associates, Inc. can assist you by calling upon the extensive experience of our associate staff. All projects performed by BCA principal or associate staff members are fully documented to the extent requested by each client in electronic and/or hard copy reports containing computer and mathematical models, textual and graphical descriptions of the work performed, the results obtained, and any conclusions and recommendations. Associates have experience the following areas:
Thermal Management
Experience in thermal analysis and modeling is available to supplement staff as required to meet project schedule demands. Current computer codes SINDA, TAP, CINDA, and TRASYS as well as classic hand computational methods are used in analyses.
Structural Analysis
Experience in structural modeling and analysis is available to supplement staff as required to meet project schedule demands. Current computer codes NASTRAN and ANSYS as well as classic hand computational methods are used in analyses.
Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Extensive experience is available in conceptual and detail design for military and commercial applications, latest CAD software is used. Three dimensional solid models of geometry, assemblies, and mechanisms as well as full drawing packages are offered. Latest CAD solid modelers Creo and Solid Works are used.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Experience in modeling and predicting external and internal flow dynamics including pressure, velocity, lift and drag, volume, temperature, flow fields/lines/vectors, etc. is available as required to meet project schedule demands.
Valve Design and Testing
Valve design technology for military and commercial applications is available with over 30 years detailed experience in theory and practical applications. Analysis and design can be either conventional methods or CFD analysis in dynamic flow environments.
Acoustic Engineering
Analysis and practical application solutions to acoustic problems are available for commercial and military applications.
